At the reception, the Tenancies Board of the BISSY MONTPELLLIER Residence will convey you the list of the available accommodations (with the following details: surface areas – rent – amenities).
You can choose your accommodation directly by phone at the + 33 4.67.52.55.55 or else set an appointment with the receptionist to visit the place.
Checklist of supporting documentation to be furnished by the tenants and the guarantors
The check-in inventory will only be possible after the receipt of all requested documents.
By the tenant
- Double-sided copy of a valid ID card or a valid residence permit
- Certificate of attendance at school or student card or inscription certificate
- Certificate of scholarship (if scholarship holder)
- Copy of the professionalization contract or copy of the traineeship agreement (studies in a company)
- Original bank account details
- Public liability insurance certificate for the apartment at the name of the tenant, to be submitted no later than the day you will get the keys
By the guarantors
- Double-sided copy of a valid ID card for each guarantor
- Copy of the last 3 pay slips (Mr and Mrs)
- Copy of the last tax assessment: dated and signed
- Copy of the last receipt of electricity/gas or telecommunication = proof of address
- Original bank account details
