Checklist of supporting documentation to be furnished by the tenant and the guarantors
The check-in inventory will only be possible after the receipt of all requested documents.
By the tenant
- 2 ID photos
- Double-sided copy of a valid ID card (useful for the APL benefit file)
- Certificate of attendance at school or student card
- Bank account details (original required by the CAF for the APL file)
- Social Security Card
- Public liability insurance certificate for the apartment to be submitted no later than the day you will receive the keys
By the guarantors
- Double-sided copy of a valid ID card for each guarantor
- Copy of the last 3 pay slips (Mr and Mrs)
- Copy of the last 3 tax assessments (2 pages: the one with the guarantor’s identity – the other with the INCOME DETAILS)
- Copy of the last receipt of electricity/gas or telecommunication = proof of address
- Bank account details
Foreign students or students from the DOM TOM (Overseas Departments and Territories)
